There are 3 ways to send forms:- Manually, by selecting each form.
- Manually, with form groups.
- Or through paperless form automations.
Remember:
1. Adding forms to a form group does NOT add forms to the automation!
2. The new patient forms automation ONLY assigns forms to new patient appointments created AFTER the automation has been enabled. So you will have to manually assign forms to any patient existing before the automation was enabled. Once a Kasper form has been manually assigned to an existing patient, then they will be entered into the returning patient automation.
