Here you will learn how to sync a patient's status in Kasper to their status in Opendental.
1. On you Kasper dashboard, there's a section where you can indicate the status of patient as it pertains to their office visit:
2. Highlighted in Red are the status names that Kasper uses to allow to keep track of a patient's visit. These statuses can also correspond to a patient's status in Opendental however you are required to set this up via the Patient Sync feature on Kasper.
3. To access your Patient Sync settings:
- Go to Settings.
- Select Office Settings.
- Click on Patient Sync.
4. Notice the area highlighted in blue, here you will be able to customize what a patient status in Kasper will correspond to on Opendental. Once these are set, any time you move a patient to different stage on the Dashboard, their status in Opendental will change accordingly.
