Recurring campaigns are sent DAILY for:

and Free Form for other recurring campaigns you may think of (like post-op check-ins!)
One-Time campaigns are for campaigns you only want to send out once based on specific criteria. This could be for an announcement, special offers, office closures, etc.
Don't forget to utilize the Do Not Disturb list (DND) to exclude certain patients from certain campaigns (like if you don't want to send a review request to a specific patient)
